As a Senior Lifestyle Corporate Sales Trainer, you will assist in developing and facilitating the Senior Lifestyle Sales and Marketing Department to drive increased occupancy and growth. You will train in person and you will virtually train sales team members, Executive Directors and other support staff on how to implement the Senior Lifestyle (SL) Sales Systems within their respective senior living communities. This position aids community sales leaders and managers in increasing occupancy, revenue, and investor return.
The Corporate Sales Trainer must embrace the SL Sales System and demonstrate the ability to effectively coach and show the value of the SL Sales System to trainees. It is important that the trainer have the ability to stay focused on the SL Sales Systems and tailor the coaching to the specific needs of the community with whom s/he is working. The Sales Training Team will assist in tracking the performance of the individuals they are coaching and provide performance/recommendations to the Regional and Corporate Teams.
